How do I register someone in the WSU Animal Contact Program?

Please visit the EH&S web site for the information and for downloading the Participation/Declination form.  Instructions for downloading the form are provided.

How does the process for submitting an animal to WADDL for post mortem diagnostics work?

The submitter simply needs to deliver the cadaver and complete an accession form (available at the WADDL office, or on-line).ƒWADDL prefers to receive samples from referring veterinarians, but do accept them from owners, producers, et al.ƒThe necropsy pathologist for that day typically will discuss the submitting history if the person is available, as nobody seems to write all that is useful on the particular accession form.

WADDL has tried to keep the submission process simple and generic, as they deal with a wide variety of samples and users.

Almost everything you wanted to know about using Controlled drugs.  And here is WSU's policy.
