Add 150 mg of 100 mg/ml [1.5 ml] ketamine, 30 mg of 20 mg/ml [1.5 ml] xylazine, and 5 mg of 10 mg/ml [0.5 ml] Acepromazine

1 ml/kg of mixture volume
