To support WSU investigations that involve animals, the Office of the Campus Veterinarian provides the following services:
Veterinary and Technical services
Provided on a fee-for-service basis. View current veterinary service fees (Requires WSU login).
Veterinary experts can manage the following tasks, helping ensure research integrity and freeing you to focus on research findings.
- Antibody production
- Sampling
- Compound administration

Supply or Equipment Rental Requests
- OCV carries a small inventory of select drugs and supplies
- OCV can order buprenorphine ER products for you through Wedgewood Pharmacy (formerly Zoopharm)
- Anesthesia Vaporizer Rental (for rodents only)
A $10 service fee will be applied to all supply requests. For routine lab supplies, we advise that the research staff establish their own accounts directly with a distributer.
